Hello,

If I top-up £10 PAYG with Tesco, they add another £20 - so £30 in total.
I then go to Getpoundsback, and get £18 (min) refunded.

So, for a £10 outlay I get £18 back.

I thought the same as you & tried it out a couple of days ago. It seems to be that if you top up with £10, you effectively get £10 credit plus £20 free credit.
You can cash out the £10 but not the £20.
So you can get just over £6 back, & your £4 buys you £20 credit to spend on phone calls, web & text
