PAYG SIM cards for iPhone 4

I'm travelling to the UK in a few weeks for a 5 week trip to see family. I have an iPhone 4 which is unlocked and wondered if there were any pay as you go sim cards available so i can use that instead of paying high roaming costs?!

Any info would be great, ie data, call and text costs.

If micro sim is not available, any sim can be easily cut to a micro size.

You can't buy a rolling contract, but you can ask your relatives to do this.
