had the letters and the calls from the debt collectors. Called insurance company (diamond) today and they said as there was a difference of 8 days between policies (the new policy was with sister company !) so they will just charge cancellation fee of £22.50
Can i get out of paying for this ?0 -
I find SD helps the staff remember they got it 100% of the time
The problem is that the post doesn't go straight to a staff member.
It has to go through a sorting dept and as you can see in post #9 they do sometimes even throw it away.
It's not Royal Mail that are the problems but companies losing things internally either through incompetant or deliberately.
I would also find that expensive for every important item and sometimes it is unnecesary.
But at the end of the day it's a matter of choice We've mentioned 4 methods so people can take their pick.0
