As you allow non UK bidders how were you intending to post the items out then when you listed them?
Goods up to £46 are covered standard airmail assuming they are lost if you puit in an RM claim, you'd obviously lose a paypal claim though. Items over £46 or mobiles would need to go via courier.
Most sellers tend to limit non UK buyers to using paypal only so I'm not sure what is likely to happen if they attempt to send any other sort of payment although it is worth noting that they must pay you in sterling if you listed on ebay.uk. In the old days before seller preferences could be set tightly I did end up with a few US and Canadian cheques, all of which would have cost me more to change than the item was worth, and which would have taken weeks to clear.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Hi Soolin, thankyou for your reply, i have charged postage for internationally signed for with extra insurance, i didn't realize you could say paypal only for just the international buyer ( i put in my policy gumf that i only accept paypay in UKP from international buyers) but i accept other methods of payment from UK) but nothing reinforces this at point of sale, really i welcome foriegn buyers as this is where most of my sales lie at the moment, just abit taken aback that they were all from Malaysia today! I also years back had a postal order in a foriegn currency also didn't realize this was not allowed now, Thankyou0

If you have actually stated that you only take paypal from non UK buyers then invoice them again and insist they use it, any other form of payment is going to be unworkable for you
As for postage International signed for is unlikely to track out side the uK
Are all International Signed For™ items electronically tracked when they are delivered?
We track all International Signed For™ items until they leave the UK and then the item is handed over to the destination country's postal service as a priority item. However, we can’t track your International Signed For™ item all the way to delivery in every instance.

so is unsuitable if you ar elooking to prevent a paypal chargeback, so as per my post above airmail up to £46 or a courier if above that.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I honestly would not accept anything but paypal from anyone outside of the UK. If I was you I would contact the buyer and stipulate the fact you will only accept paypal, there is just to much room for things going wrong otherwise. Have you checked you have charged them the correct postage for all the items? Are they large or heavy?0 -
This shouts SCAM to me.
I suspect they are all actually the same scammer and will shortly be offering to 'pay' you over the odds and ask you to send them the 'change' by Western Union, or something along those lines.
What are the items and is it plausible for so many people in Malaysia to want them?British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -

I have no idea what Western Union is! but won't be doing that, i will be emailing and stating only paypal (thanks for the Advice) the items are not heavy - plush disney toys, so will wait and see ..0 -

Something doesn't sound right here, 3 different people buying 2 items each from Malaysia in 1 day.
Be very carefuly OP, don't like these kind of "coincidences"
Take care

I have had co incidences like this before and have posted about them on here. Suddenly having everything going to a certain country like Finland on the same day springs to mind.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
