Lush Bath Ballistic Vent

Used a 'Street Party' Ballistic from Lush 2 weeks ago in my new bath and the glitter has been stuck to the bottom ever since. If I do manage to get a bit of glitter off then it leaves a blue stain on my bath.
I have been in touch with Lush customer service who apologised and give me some tips to help remove,
Use bicarbonate of soda, try white wine vinegar and leave water in my bath to soak the glitter away.
I have tried all these and still have glitter in my bath.
Lush sent me a rubber stain remover, which has removed a few bits of glitter but not the stain underneath.
I have emailed Lush again and again but their reply is that I need to continue soaking my bath and eventually the glitter will come off.
They also seem to be trying to blame my new bath surface as they say they haven't had any other complaints like mine so must be a problem with my new bath.
I'm really fed up as I have a brand new bath(4 weeks old)that has bits of glitter stuck to the bottom of it.
After a lovely relaxing bath I don't expect to spend the next 2 weeks+ trying to remove the product residue from my bath.
Really frustrated but don't know what to do now(apart from boycotting Lush in future)

Have you considered that it may actually be your bath?
I've never had that problem with Lush, including with street party.I also always rinse the bath the same day.No problems at all.If women are birds and freedom is flight are trapped women Dodos?0 -

Thank you for the link, very :rotfl:.Also interesting to read that someone else also had/has the glitter ingrained in the bottom of their bath.So maybe my bath surface is not the problem and the Lush bomb is :cool:0 -
just to add
used a pink bath bomb 18 months ago, never ever again will i used lush products.
the top of the bath level was stained pink, i had to take a silver scourer to eventually remove it, but i still have a pink stain by the plug hole.
my bath was then 18 months old !!0 -
