Help with orange changes

Recently orange changed us over from there LLU service to BT Ipstream, we didn't get any contact warning us about this but ever since the change our download and upload speeds have drooped dramatically so i had a quick look though the terms and conditions and found this: -

13.6 Without affecting your right to terminate under this Agreement we may transfer your Agreement to any person taking over the supply of the Service(s) or sub-contract the provision of all or any of the Service(s) or any part of them to any other person without your consent provided that there shall be no significant detrimental effect to either you or the Service(s) provided. You acknowledge and agree that the Service(s) are provided for your use only and you will not transfer any of them to a third party or try to do so.

with these terms and: -
a drop in download speed of 41% from 7.2Mbps to 4.2Mbps
a drop in upload speed of 62% from 0.95Mbps to 0.36Mbps (this one is now hovering around 0.17Mbps at time of writing but may go back up.)
a Increase in Ping of 87% to the same speed test server i used to test before the change over (used to get around 50-55ms now getting 95-100ms)
i rang up to ask about the change and maybe sort the speeds out and was told i couldn't go back to the speeds i was on so when i mentioned the terms and conditions i was told this isn't detrimental enough for me to complain and or terminate my contract with them. my long term custom with them didn't help as i have one of the old wanadoo accounts from 2004.

any advice on what to do form here?
I just wont my old service back or to get out and go somewhere else :(

but this is the third thing now with this retentions offer i took in august 2010 thats wrong.
your new livebox is wireless n enabled, it isnt
Your calls to orange mobiles will stay free on your second line, they didn't
Your speeds will stay the same or improve over the contract, hummm they haven't
