:T Well done YoungMummy, Glad you got it all sorted
OH has started what he calls his EBAY EMPIRE last night...he's listed his first 4 items and it took him about two hours :rotfl: well they say Rome wasn't built in a day!!
Hes selling some ps3 games, but was a bit miffed at the final selling prices compared to what he paid for them!!! i think he thought he was sitting on a mini gold mine.:o
Did a survey yesterday for Cr0wd0l0gy, that took me over the £4 min pay out so moved the balance over to paypal +£4.64
and had a £9.98 ebay sale so £14.62 to add to totals
Ive got 2 listings ending today both have lots of watchers but only one has bids so far.
Have got about 16 (i think) listings ready to put on later, already lined up in scheduling :T i will hopefully get some more done over the weekend too!?
Good luck to everyone with their free listing attempts< has that really got 3 T's or have i thrown an extra in for luck?? >
Have a Good weekend x :beer:Everyday im shufflin' Proud Padder ~ All Hail The Power of Pad0 -
Hi Everybody,
Well I made another £11 last night on ebay, so will add that to my total.
I have also got up 33 items ready to list so another 17 to go to meet my target. I think I may do them today and tonight.
I just want to get rid of all the junk in my house and have a clutter free house. I always say to my mum I am going to be clutter free by Christmas. Then she says just in time to fill it up again.

Hi Aesop, sorry life not treating you well. Hope all will settle for you:A
Hugs and support to all who are finding life tough. Last weekend I had a very stressful time and now things are starting to settle.
update is £8.41 quidco...sold a few small value items on ebay yesterday but no payments yet. Received an unexpected cheque yesterday but am not adding this to earnings for the month. Feel like it would be cheating:rotfl:
Hi Misskaytee...I am sure you are preparing for the challenge...keep typing!!!
Best wishes to all and if I get any more money in I will update later:)"You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream"C. S. Lewis

I need to get my a*se in gear and get some ebaying done, but my hubby opens his sweet shop today and i'm soo nervous for him! Waiting for a text to say he has had his 1st customer....If this doesn't work we'll probably lose the house by the end of the year. It will either make us or break us!!
Its a horrible day outside so i might try and take my mind off things and tackle one of the 3 suitcases of stuff i have to sell! It will also help me reach my target...only have £17.72 to make to reach it!
Good luck to everyone today and Happy Ebaying!!! :-)

I know Aesop already answered, but just to clarify, with Free Listing Days, the item does not have to finish on a free listing day to qualify for free listing, it has to start on the Free Listing Day.
You still get charged the 10% final value fee regardless of free listings though unfortunately.Half of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -
Overtime £60.00 and £2.50 from tesco reduced:money:Think I may be a bit late for the ebay challenge, I'll make up for it somehow!!:j£10 a day extra in May '18[B]£35/310[

Yes i just read youngmummy post, and i got the same impression, that she thought the listings had to just cover the free listing days.
Has monkey nut has said, they are free to list today and tomorrow, ebay will still charge you a FVF (Final value fee ) which is 10% of the end sale price.
Most people will list their items this weekend for 7 days, it doesn't matter how long you list them for ebay will still charge you the same!
Ebay sends you an invoice once a month for you to all pay your fees.
Pay pal take their fee from each payment you recieve, so you dont get a build up of fees or a monthly bill.
Paypal will also hold your payments for upto 21 days or until you recieve postive feeback from your buyer. I didnt realise this when i first started selling and it can be a right pain in the bum!
If you have misunderstood and only listed for a day you can revise your ebay listings and make the auction longer.
Hope that helpsEveryday im shufflin' Proud Padder ~ All Hail The Power of Pad0 -

Aww, congratulations on your first customer! Lets hope it's the first of many!
Well, I've come on looking for a bit of motivation as I really can't be bothered with eBay today. I had the grand total of 4 hours sleep last night (and that was interrupted twice!) thanks to grumpy little DS2. He's been back to bed for 3 hours so is happy and alert - now I'm the grumpy one.
On a better note, I got my laptop back yesterday after going in for repairs (for the third time since March!) so I have access to my photos, templates, etc, which will make listing easier. I also sold a B I N on ebay this morning which has been paid for, so that's another £17 to add to the pot. Ooh, and before I forget, I used a 50p voucher for Weetabix - which is something we always buy anyway, so I'm adding that.
Right, I best get off my bum and do something. I'll just have a cup of tea first.
How is everyone else doing with ebay? Any inspirational stories you'd like to share??? lol.0 -
(((((Aesop))))) ~ hope you're doing ok sweets, sensing that life's a bit sticky at the mo
