    ARGH! I give up!

Ebay wont let me sell afterall(they decided to tell me only after I had done a lovely listing then went to list it!) so I set up a new account and then decided to start from scratch...but when I clicked 'sell' my last listing came up that was done on my normal account. So I logged out and did it again. Still sent me from my new account to my old account without me having to log in. So cant sell on either and now im stroppy! :D

Fillyfop, have you tried using the postage with paypal? If your item can fit in the post box then pay for postage via ebay and paypal, it's great, all you need is a printer and a pair of scales :) xxx

Sorry, I totally missed this post, the boards moved too quick for me :)

No, I've not tried this, I wasn't sure if I trusted it or not. I also like to make sure I always get proof of postage just in case which I don't think I'd get using that.

I'll look into it a bit more over the weekend, but I'm only a very small scale "bits and pieces" seller.

    Thank you though :)

did you try a new email address? and clear cookies before listing? or use a new browser,ie Internet Explorer and new email address. This might help.

You have to list today and Sunday.

Are you using the scheduled listing? I don't know how that works as haven't used it yet.

List your items starting from today and if you don't get them all done, list again tomorrow. You can make the listing for 3 days, 5 day, 7 days or 10 days. Upto you.

yes, if your item sells, ebay will charge you 10% or more of the final selling price. They have a sliding scale, so the more expensive the item, the more they charge. ( a percentage of the final amount you sell it for).

Is that clear? sorry, been a rough few days

don't worry about confusion, it is hard when you do something new for the first time. And what I like about this thread, everyone is so helpful and no one is judgemental.

thanks for hugs and to misskaytee. I just have to keep biting my tongue and grinning and bearing it.
