Still not had a response from Companies House, so am going to my Trading Standards to see if they can speed things up.
I've been in contact with TS about them, just to make them aware that they were back in the area.
They phoned me and said there's nothing they can do. Every so often, they put something in the local paper, and that's about it.0 -

I love these leaflets, they're great for getting rid of rubbish you would not send to a charity shop. You just put the old smelly dog blanket, or what ever else in a black bag tie it up, stick the leaflet on the bag and bob's your uncle they take it away :rotfl:
Just think when the council charges you for recycling extras you can get rid of it to these theives :beer:My Mind wanders, if found please return.0 -
just looking around older posts and noticed the stuff getting given to companies for profit!!
don't do it, freecycle it, please psot on your local freecycle sitek it will save you money in the long run and honest it will go to a better person than those willing to make a buck from it.:money:
just my say i guess cos i set up a local freecycle site in Greenock, so if anyone wants to join and make some offers! go for it, dont give any of these clothes toys etc to these greedy companies who are scamming charities:j HEATHER :¬) :T

If anyone wants to check whether a leaflet is legitimate (I got one for a local charity that is bone fide), you can check:

The directors of Helpmates Limited (which has now been reborn) are:
LIGITA SALKAUSKAITE and ANTANAS SALKAUSKAS, both Lithuanian, of Hornchurch.
LIGITA SALKAUSKAITE is also involved with Lunetex Limited, another company you might come across.
