Gosh VL! How thrilling! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: I think you're winning the Interesting Post Competition! :rotfl: :rotfl:
<wonder what I could order to get more interesting post than a sexy see through skirt....>
Been to booze club, all nicely calm now :T Just getting used to new kettle - have discoevred if you overfill it, it doesn't whistle but rather pours water out of the spout and extinguishes the gas flame :rotfl: :rotfl:
Going to the office for the next 3 days in a row  just getting all my stuff together for the morning.
Done well on the old eating front today! :T :T Even managed to squeeze in a home made jam tart in a cafe this morningOn the whole, not a bad day, and very much looking forward to being with lovely office mate tomorrow! :j :j
Paid next Tuesday - and going to have a good think about what's going on. Think I need to start spending diary again, if I'm going to shoehorn in SW AND swimming lessons, might have to have a rejig - which may just involve putting leftover trains money into some kind of 'self improvement/exercise/healthy living fund' rather than into the patchwork fund (which already gets £400 a month regardless)? we'll see...0 -
I have a whistling kettle too (although no gas), mine has a habit of blowing the whistle off if I dont answer it quickly enough. Can be quite dangerous walking into the kitchen if the trajectory (sp) is aimed at the living room door.
Definitely like the sound of a self improvement fund. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
Thought it might stop me spending the extra on cakes :rotfl:0

You're right - when I get back from hols we WILL organise something (I'll bring the earplugs...)Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -
Hi Cheery (and everyone else!),
Re-surfacing briefly to say Hi, and the new plans look great! Have rather pole-vaulted off the MSE wagon of late, and need to get about hauling myself back on! I think I shall be trying to draw some inspiration from your crazy-busy uber-frugal lifestyle!“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goals.”

Welcome back lotti! (not sure you could describe me as uberfrugal at the minute mind you! But I like it
)
Just got home, got the evening to myself so I'm planning...
7-7.30 put washing on, start making tea, wrap parcel, make lunch for tomorrow
7.30-8 eat tea, find clothes for tomorrow
8-8.30 sort out no quibble weekend
8.30-9.30 pilates video - need some stretching at the minute!
then PJs and curling up on the sofa and dozing off I think :j :j Sound like a plan?? Best get off my backside and get on with it then! :rotfl:0 -
oooh cheery I hope you had a lovely time dozing on the sofa, it is what I do best, especially at the moment in my overtired pregnant state!! Must be so nice not to have to come home and work stupid hours on your PHD. I'm very envious as at present I am trying my absolute best to be interested in my shakespeare assignment!!!?? Which as you can guess, as I am on here it isn't happening!!!0

HI Missy :T
