    Although Chambta has already alluded to it, I think it's worth emphasising that this is available to RBS customers as well.

    But you need to be aware that this is not available if you lose your card abroad or if you cannot answer the additional security questions. And you need to go to a RBS, Nat West or Ulster Bank till within 3 hours to get the money out. Also the arrangement to get emergency cash can only be made when you cancel the card, not hours or days after you've reported it Lost or Stolen.
