    Morning Flyladies,
Toxic MIL is very ill in hospital and SIL is recovering from an op on her shoulder so I volunteered to have my nephew come and stay with us to give SIL a rest, We haven't talked for a several years now, because apparently I am the wicked witch, although I do not know what I did to make them turn against me, a couple of years ago MIL even threatened to write DH out of her will if he stayed with me, we have been married for 23 years.
(nephew is 15 but has some kind of special needs so is more like an 8 year old). I will keep him busy, he can help walk the dogs and he likes gardening so plenty for him to do there.

Anyway, whilst he is here I will just be trying to generally keep the house reasonably tidy, and do what I can each day.

    Morning all

    Happy Birthday mummyof5 :)

    Sorry to read about mummyslittleboy

I've got a load of washing out on the line, it looks a bit grey and it's not particularly warm so I hope it dries.

I think I'm going to walk over and buy a paper, then come back and sort out the stuff to go back into the (now painted) airing cupboard and generally finish putting things back where they belong and then I can have a coffee and read the paper - my little reward ;) I was going to watch Corrie on catchup but it's not there yet so I'll try that later.

I am NOT allowing Minion to use my bass amp as a mug stand, ever. Especially as my mug miraculously jumped out of the dishwasher and bit her before self destructing today.

When my Mum said her TV remote had stopped working, I brought it home for a once-over by Him Indoors. I heard this "Euuugh" and wondered what the heck had happened: he'd dismantled the remote and it was full of brown gunk. She hadn't mentioned she'd dropped the remote in a cup of tea with sugar:rotfl:

Anyroad, hope all are well. I had a bit of a "head*desk" moment last night but have improved after a good night's sleep:D
Time for breakfast and washing up, methinks...

    Good morning

It's the end of an era here today - DD finshed college yesterday 9a few bit she needs to go back in for, and then prepare her final show) and DS finishes school (he has one more exam at the end of June). DD is off to uni and DS to college in Septmeber. I feel a bit odd, so we'll take them out over the weekend :j

    Happy Birthday to Mummyof5
