How much for popular authors at a car boot?

The highest priced thing was £7.50, I had 2 of those and 2 things at £6 each. Practically everything else went for 50p, £1, £2 or £3 (but mostly £1 or £2).
Books and daughter's old clothes went particularly well.Herman - MP for all!

Wow, wish I could make that kind of profit at a car boot sale with items costing so little! Well done!0

My books always sell well at car boots. Even the Mills and Bloom books (which family told me not to both taking!) always go well. Mainly as a price them well same as you did. If you ask too much some people wont both (Ive seen £5 for the kerry katona book!!!). I usually go 50p each or 3 for £1 then later in day 6 for £1 when I reall ywant to get rid. I even make those that are picking a few up an offer they cant refuse for a bulk buy
