urgent help needed

i told yorkshire water to end my supply as i dont need it at the property as i cant meet the payments, they said this can only be done if you move out of the property and move its furniture, but the furniture isnt mine! and i cant move out due to the agreement and other issues...

can they do this ?

please help!

If you are still living in the property they won't disconnect you.

Residential properties cannot be legally disconnected while there are still people living at the address

i proberbly wont be at all because i need carers help, im just not sure if i can go back to the property on a permanant basis, at the moment i dont use the water at all, or have means to be pay.

that has been suggested aswell as a prepayment meter, but standing charges still apply to the latter!

Harvest the raindrops until you are sorted.
Zero income will mean zero bills after you apply for help, otherwise do as Hannah Hawkswell did.
