Any advice - 10 year old with some 'anger' issues

I agree - and I will have a surf in the Internet later for dome ideas. Have got dome parenting books tucked away in a drawer somewhere - might dig those out!!! The anger only seems to happen at home. He's a model child at school & behaves impeccably with others. He did say that if people annoyed him at school he would deal with it by walking away, but we need to find something he can do at home!!! He is the eldest & his siblings do annoy & wind him up at times, but this is more than that. He cannot say what triggers him off....just that he doesn't know & can't stop doing it. We've reassured him that he is going through lots of changes & that can be difficult to manage/understand. Have also reassured him that we will always love him, but we just don't like this behaviour.
Whoever thought having children would be so difficult & stressful!!

Poor lad! He's probably completely in the dark as to why these feelings suddenly overwhelm him. It must be quite frightening for him. Giving him some coping techniques will help him feel more in control.
There's some interesting research going on now showing how teenage brains go through a stage of rewiring themselves - imagine how unpredictable your computer would be if it was undergoing the same massive restructuring!0 -
Think he might be feeling better & more settled. Has not been nearly as bad today. Even went to bed without too much fuss or argument!! Really hope he's feeling more secure again.20p Saver Club #33 60p/£100
