Vodafone trying it on!

I phoned vodafone last monday to cancel my 12 month sim only contract,and pay off the reminder of the contract.I only had 1 month left and I wanted an iphone.I requested my pac code,and I thought that was it.I received 4 calls from voda retentions on Tuesday,which I never answered.Eventually I spoke to retentions on wednesday,and they offered my a good deal,which I took!But on thursday I received an email from vodafone asking my to settle a bill for £365.61.They say its to pay off the line rental that I owe them,but I only finished a month early,and my tariff is£20 a month every month.Only noticed email tonight,so I'm giving them a call in the morning.:mad::mad::mad::mad:

They are not trying it on.
This is just usual mess that their shambolic CS keep creating every time you deal with them.
I guess they first upgraded you as agreed, then activated the cancellation that you requested earlie.
