I use imageshack and a capture program called hardcopy pro. Very easy to capture whole or part images. It isnt free but you can trial it

It looks OK but at $20 it’s a bit pricey when PrtScn does a similar job. There are lots of free image editors out there to finish the job. As Image or Paint is usually included with Win2k or XP they are a good starter. However the method is a bit cumbersome so Hardcopy Pro may be a reasonable option.

I think, I did it thanks to all of you who have given your time to help me. According to the screen, it does look as if I have got a full license although I have been sold a copy.

[IMG]http://i16.tinypic.com/3zrqems.jpg[ This my concern, so many unable to connect to the internet. The problem must be with my connection. Also I installed the AV on friday 8th December and my renew subscription is at the end of November. I know, I have been done by the e-bay seller but I guess it does not matter so much if it is working. I was going to buy another. Thanks again.[/img]

    Hi Loulou,
See you managed to post a screenshot :j. Good for you!!!
Looking at your other screenshot I see that you had 1 successful download among a lot of failures. The fact that you had 1 indicates that nothing was really wrong. Perhaps there were server issues or something with your system at the time. I really don't know. If it continues over the next few days try the support at Trend Micro. I have put in a search for your problem and the results are here http://esupport.trendmicro.com/support/search.do. Answers 1 and 5 look promising.

It does look as if the seller has installed it on one PC already and it it seeing you as the second of the 3 that are allowed. I have never bought or sold on Ebay and this kind of thing puts me off.
Anyway it does look as though it has accepted you and is working more or less OK.

Thanks for your help. My concern was the software was a copy and the fact that the seller who sold it to me has been suspended by e-bay and it was already registered. Since I was getting a lot of failures, I thought the AV is not working. According the the screnshot, it does look as if it is up and working properly. Thanks again
