can a disqualified director make the ultimate decision

OP, you need to rethink what you are doing. Your former employers have broken the law as regards your level of pay. You really need to think about talking to your solicitor about receiving less than NMW for the work you undertook when taking into consideration the on-call work you undertook.
As for them using your holiday pay to cover your final week, as they did not consult this with you, then you would have a complaint, but whether it is one for an ET is a matter for discussion.Never Knowingly Understood.

Of course I have a case, a solicitor has indeed clarified this and would only step in if I was to raise a disability by association tribunal because the holiday pay is not enough for them to act upon, funny how then thedepartment who deals with insolvency was very very interested in the disqualified director who is taking upon these duties.
If a solicitor is willing to act for you, why are you wasting time asking questions and arguing on a public forum with a bunch of unpaid amateurs who don't know what they are talking about clearly..go to the lawyers office, put in your claims and win whatever it is you are trying to win.
So far you have made no sense to me, so I dont know how you have convinced a lawyer and ACAS, but if you have, you have0
