OP, you need to rethink what you are doing. Your former employers have broken the law as regards your level of pay. You really need to think about talking to your solicitor about receiving less than NMW for the work you undertook when taking into consideration the on-call work you undertook.

As for them using your holiday pay to cover your final week, as they did not consult this with you, then you would have a complaint, but whether it is one for an ET is a matter for discussion.
