Santander won't give me my money

sinec tuesday all my accounts with santander have been blocked, they will not let me take money out of my accounts and no one can tell me why, all i get told is that someone will ring me back but as of yet no one has, can they keep my money? what can i do to speed up the process?0

Have you done anything differently from usual recently? Paid in a large cheque, taken in lots of bank transfers...?urs sinserly,
