Just one final thing to bear in mind is use the best shielded cable you can get you hands on and do as much segregation/shielding as you can with the runs
Some can be more sensitive than others but you don't want to use cheap cable in a tight bunch so you start getting pickup/interference between any of them

I agree with Lorien. Run some Cat5 cables at the same time. This will allow you hard wire your pc and gadgets to your internet connection if required. WiFi could be an issue depending on the house and wall thickness.0
