Ok, i basically have a second tv that im thinking of using upstairs, but connecting the main aerial to it would be too much hassle. So i have two options:
1) Get a indoor aerial, i currently have tried a cheap indoor aerial that is quite old and it only picks up very fuzzy pictures, but i have seen a philex slx aerial on ebay, would be worth a try because it has good reviews.
2) I think i can use a splitter on the main aerial and connect it up to the vcr that is next to the main tv and then buy a wireless scart tv sender off ebay, if it works through the vcr then i should be able to get clear picture.
Has anyone tried any of these?
Or is it a risk buying and then realising they wont work?

Not sure even if this would work but if it did you would need to change channel on the VCR each time and not on the actual TV

I would suggest just get some one in to cable the bedroom of the main aerial.0
