I have recently notice that Orange have been charging me for not paying by direct debt.
Can they legally do this and if not can I claim this back?
Thanks

They can and I don't see any grounds for claiming this back unless they have introduced the new charge after your contract started and without giving you 1 month notice.allenmc2311 wrote: »I have recently notice that Orange have been charging me for not paying by direct debt.

BTW, it's Direct Debit.0 -
Yes Orange, along with many other companies will charge you for not having your account on direct debit. This will have been on your bill every month you have not had it in place. The best thing to do is to call and have it added which will save you £3.58 for each number, per month you have on your account.0
