I work in the industry. IBAS is basically the final level of arbitration that you're able to access unless you wish to take the matter to court, but to be completely honest if an independent body like IBAS that exists precisely to arbitrate in matters such as these then I doubt you have much of a case to be honest.

I know what you are saying but IBAS is only there to make sure that casino has not broke the Terms&conditions. IBAS rules 98% of the cases on the bookmakers/casinos side because the T&C. If the casino has broken the T&C and IBAS rule in your favour it does not mean that the casino will pay you. If the casino refuses to pay after the IBAS ruling all IBAS can do is just de-register the casino and don't let them use their logo any more. IBAS can’t make them by law to pay you only courts can. All I am trying to do by posting this story in the forum is to warn other people and show how casinos can make the T&C work in their favour. When you win they don't pay as the games are faulty but they keep the money if you lose. Like in my case the game was running faulty for at least 23 days that the casino admitted to me but I bet you VC has not contacted the thousand of people that lost money on that period and offer them a refund. How comes VC can have it both ways. For them is win win situation and they only removed the games after I had a phone call with one of the manager and told her why the games are still on you just told me they are running faulty. This big company's think that they can get out of anything.
