same here got renewal pack and rung on the 13th may to update as of today's date it still has nt finalised yet

Bit the bullet and tried to ring them today. Can't do anything until my renewal pack comes through, seems a bit daft when I'm trying to tell them I shouldn't be getting their money!!

hi there i renewed my tax credits on 28th april nearly 8 weeks ago and nothing phoned everyday from 12th of may because they gave me a 2 week timescale then they put me on a 6 week timecale still nothing all they tell me is its been processed and its part captured think that means they are are still waiting on something to put it through at 7 weeks got a manager to send n escaltion to hurry it on still nothing phoned again today ask them what information they had like income figures and things told me they didnt have income for my husband but i told them his when i renewed 8 weeks ago what they had done was add the two together and made it my income was furious this why it is taking so long they are not doing there job right so god only nows when i will here now i symphthise with anyone who is in the same boat keep hounding them this is a very frustrating time .
