Have you contacted the buyer yet? Give them a ring, email or what ever. Pink shoes will do you a belter message to send them, I'm sure. She's good at that stuff. Be interesting to hear what they say.
Emailed them earlier to check what they'd sent and received the following -
I have collected photographic evidence from inserting it into the package, sealing the package, labelling the package, postage labelling the package and depositing into the post office. These photographs will be sent to eBay and perhaps will be filed to court if necessary.
I had gut feeling you'll mess me about with your fraudulent behaviour and counterfeit products.
I would require a full refund.

yep, it has been done many times. There is a big flaw in ebays ruling on this. It happened to me a few months ago, ok only for a few quid. I complained to ebay and got told that if the buyer can prove goods have been returned, that is all ebay needs to refund the money.
I've just read this about four times and am sat here speechless! I had no idea that it was possible to so easily deceive eBay/Paypal into providing a refund
Imagine if you tried the same thing with an online company like littlewoods - You'd be laughed at :mad:0 -

Jeees! Nutters! I'd ask for copies of the pictures. I'd love to see the one where they hand over the package at the post office. What a zoom this person is!0 -

Call his bluff and say you want the photos as you will be going to the police to report it as fraud and his photos will aid the investigation0 -
