CAR: Register keeper and ownership
Hi.
My partner is register keeper on my car but I'm owner for this car.
I bought car by bank loan, it is in my name.
I do all maintenance for this car: MOT, repair, +other. All paper work for this is in my name.
She is main insured person I'm as additional driver.
For inssurance we paying by Direct Debit from joining account, where is only my income.
And question: How can I get beak my car?
Where to go? How much will be cost?

The V5 registration document does not prove ownership and it even says it in big letters on the front of it. You have proof of payment for it, it should be a no brainer.
Has she left you? If so then tell her you want it back or you'll go to the Police and report it stolen.0 -
If you have a key to the car why not just go and collect it?

I could find my original agreement with former owner (it was 6 years ago).
When I asked police what shout I do, they told me go to solicitor.
So now I will go and reported is stolen.
I paid by cache.
I change V5 to her name because I get company car.0 -

How can I prove?
Agreement with former owner, bank loan, any maintenance is in my name (invoice). She is only on V5.

Now, if that was true you could claim anyones car.
Doesn't prove she doesn't own it either.
If her name is on the V5 you could even have made a gift of it.0
