Plusnet, 12 months half price broadband from £3.24, HERE when you take out value broadband with phone.
Any time package from £6.74, HERE
Line rental - £11.99
I have had a good look at the promo and cannot see any catches with this deal. I and my son are already with Plusnet and find them fine.
I am now looking to change my friend from TalkTalk to plusnet as the broadband has been on and off all year and over the last couple of weeks has been off most of the time.
I have tried to speak to TalkTalk tech guys in this country and have had a world tour - Manilla, India and then South Africa.
I can only presume from this that the TalkTalk companies phone system is down in the UK in sympathy with their broadband

The catch is that the £6.49 price only applies if you are on a Market 3 exchange. No free lunch, and no free laptop
