Zanussi ZUD9100FA failure

Hi,

I've tried to research a few forums before posting, so apologies in advance if i've missed something i should have read.

We defrosted our Zanussi built-in freezer and now the temp won't drop.

There is a red light flashing and constant beeping.

Firstly, does anyone know the problem, is it easy to fix, the potential cost of repair, is it a manufacturer defect as this is the only time it's been defrosted and now this has happened?

It was bought from b&q just under 5 years ago.

Would sale of goods act help?

Thanks, but already have the manual, taken the kitchen plinth and freezer vents off and hoovered around and underneath. Still no joy.
Tried pressing a button next to the red flashing light but that didn't work.

    Hiya,

We have a board dedicated to In My Home things like this - so I'll move your query across there for you and let their gurus at it.

    Good luck :)
