Does anyone know of a good website for contract mobile deals?
I have spoken to the main companies O2, Orange, 3 etc but they only offer expensive deals.
I am with Orange and asked for a loyalty offer but had to pay £99 for a Samsung Galaxy Ace on a contract of £20 per month.
Please help !!!
Thanks

When upgrading, it all depends on a few things.
1) How much you spend on average - someone that never goes over their [100 mins/100 text/no data] plan won't receive as good a deal as someone that spends plenty every month. With Orange their loyalty plans are fairly reasonable, you start building up bargaining room once your going over about £20/Month.
2) Call a few times. I've never understood this (but I guess some people get a bit passive-aggressive talking to customers all day), Sometimes the next guy will be glad to offer you an amazing deal.
3) NEVER. NEVER call up and ask what they can do for as an existing customer you and never ask about upgrades. This tells them that you are happy to stay with them. DO tell them that you are thinking of leaving, and do find good deals on other networks (they will check, so don't tell them O2 are giving out free puppies and iPhones unless you can back it up). Remember, if you ask for a PAC code, you don't have to use it (it lasts for 30 days), but they might give you a friendly call to see what they can do to keep you with them.
If you're not bothered about sticking with Orange
I like to use Omio (Google it, I can't post links), find a deal I like, then call up all the networks and see if they can beat it. If you're REALLY up for a challenge, take note of what each network offers you, then call every network again and then see if they can beat the best offer given to beat the Omio offer. Some networks might refuse to top the second offer, because you can't prove they offered you it over the phone, but see if you can get some sort of Ref#, for each call so you can go back and get an offer from earlier.
Don't ignore networks just because they don't get good signal near you (or for any reason), you can still use them for bargaining purposes.0 -
Unless you are a big spender you are likely to get a better deal as a new customer.markstev27 wrote: »Does anyone know of a good website for contract mobile deals?

With 100+100+Unltd/500 this phone is available for free on 24x£15.32 contract. It will become £24x£9.57 if you successfully claim cashback(redemption).

Slightly worse deals are available if you go through TCB with £30 cashback:
