What if you have recorded some calls to show an experience is not a one off?
Would you not think they would be embaressed to be selling this way?
Did you tell them you were recording the calls? We had a problem with some over-zealous double-glazing people, and wanted to record the calls to start a complaint, and Citizens advice told us unless we'd informed them at the beginning of the call that we were going to record it, and it was recorded that we had told them (and given them the chance to hang up I suppose), anything we recorded was completely inadmissible as part of any complaint, because you can only record for personal use.
That said, I don't doubt you for a second that they are selling the packages as unlimited when they aren't, and they definitely shouldn't be doing it.0 -
