If its any help, when I "won" a ticket for last years Reading festival, for D/D not me, and it went belly up it was no great problem to get refund from Mastercard. Just keep copies of all correspondence and the order just in case.

The woman from Three Counties Radio (see above) came on the programme this morning to say she had actually got her tickets. But it was a very strange experience. She arrived at the venue on Saturday night, called the mobile number but at first nobody turned up. She rang again and eventually this BMW with blacked-out windows arrived, the window was wound down and the tickets were thrust into her hand and it drove off .Sounds like the sort of ticket company to stay clear of.

This gets more and more weird. I'm ringing them every day to try and get somewhere -keep being told they will be 'couriered to me'. Still waiting.

Still nothing - 2 more calls to them. They now say if I haven't got them by the the day of the concert then they will arrange for their 'agent' to meet me at the SECC in Glasgow. I'll probably have had a coronary by then.
