    Thanks for your reply. I think they are honouring the Paypal ones and cancelling the ones ordered using credit/debit card.

    Nope, i paid by paypal, mine was cencelled. I think its disgusting customer service

    I ordered on th 19/5, money taken from debit card 21/5, received my despatch email just now :j:j
    But yes, definately agree that they have terrible customer service advisers. I have called them so many times over this, each time to be told something different!
