    When did they send that email? I got one late last night saying they were still trying to get stock :/
    Smashed through my weightloss target. Looking at 120lbs+ loss. BMI over 40 down to 20.5. Training hard to get body fat under 20%, not far to go now :j

    At 20 to 9 this morning, I emailed them back saying its not good enough and they have stock on their website at a higher price available for immediate dispatch. Also told them i won't be using the voucher and will quite possibly forward the details on to watchdog, because of the poor service.
    If they had been honest and said it was a misprice i wouldn't have had a problem, but they have just messed around for too long

    same here got the email but the order is showing as still awaiting pick, also the email is not showing in my account although have recieved one in my in box, despite me having emailed them previously

    "I will not be acceoting the £5 voucher you have sent me for this mess up and would like you to send the goods i have ordered that are still in stock on your website

    You should check your bank account as I've been charged for mine. Shocking customer service. They should cancel rather than faff about with excuses and be done with it.

    I've emailed them saying how can they say that there is no stock when there is stock on their website and think I need to take this up with watchdog as feel the customer service is appalling. Funny I've had no reply
