I haven't received mine either - the other items that I ordered at the same time arrived really quickly. I emailed them and I got the "technical issues" excuse too, I wouldn't mind but they took payment for them when they dispatched the other things.

Nothing new here. The last message said they were hoping it would be shipped over the weekend but it's all still "processing"

Try leaving a few messages on their facebook page. It'll look bad if there's a few, they may move quicker. Saying that, they've not done anything for me yet lol

hi, they answered my email,(took a week) and said trouble with the supplier and it would come as soon as they could get them. will we still get them at the cheap price?

I can't see how they can charge us more than they cost which was £1.99p at the time.

When did they reply to your e-mail?
