Many years ago lived at Streatham Common, often hopped on the train to Kingston as Kingston itself is a very beautiful place to live, or was when I was there!!
Often used to hop again on a train to London, Covent Garden a great favourite of mine, watch the acts in the Punch and Judy from the balcony, kill as long as you like, absolutely adore a Saturday there.
Leicester Square, another favourite.
A boat ride i remember doing once with my daughter brought me back from the flower show up to john lewis in kingston also, we passed someone getting married on the River Bank , at the moment they said I DO and the condfetti was thrown!! Was beautiful,
Take in what natural beauties there are if you are trying to save money, busy natural beauties also count!!0 -
