    Hi
It takes approximately 2 weeks to receive your new paperwork. If you call them, they may have your new figures but they are telling people not to ring within the first 2 weeks of renewal (it clogs up phone lines when others are trying to get through to renew) and they have been a bit abrupt with others who have tried to ring for updates.
I would personally wait until tuesday 31st before contacting them but you will probably receive your paperwork before then. :)

I called on Monday (or was it Tuesday?!) and they advised to wait until 30th May before getting in touch again.

Am hoping that it's sorted sooner rather than later as they owe me a lump sum that has already been spent a million times over in my head :D

    haha.

I got £2400 last year, considering we only get £10.50 per week, it was a nice surprise lol

Wow! That's great!! I am expecting at least £700 but we massively over estimated our income and the difference between the payment brackets for what we were getting and what we should have been getting is at least another £700 so don't know if we'll get that or not... I just keep checking the bank daily in anticipation lol!:rotfl:

    Hi

I renewed saturday and called yesterday, I was glad I did because he told me my new amounts which were a bit of a shock. I had a small overpayment and they have reduced my payments by £25 per week, it may not sound a lot to some but it's a big hit for us each week.

However, he did not tell me that I had an extra payment that went in today at £80 so it was not all bad. God knows how that system works :rotfl:

I checked my bank this morning and had a payment of £180 from them on top of my normal payment, called them and they gave me our new amounts which are about £30 p/w more than we have been getting but couldn't tell me if there were any more one off payments to come to me as my renewal had not yet been finalised.

Not bad considering I only renewed on Tuesday!
