If you pay the reduced offer they will come back for more money with more threats.
Yes Ignore, stay Ignoring, only 3 more letters and it is over.
be-warned the next ones are FAKE solicitors letters, to go with the fake parking ticket they gave you.
This is a scam of impersonation of Authority, do not be fooled.
PS, they can not send baliffs as they have no court order and they wont get one as the charge is an unenforceable penalty.
It is all one big huff and puff and pretence act.Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0 -
I have now received a 3 letters off Debt Recovery Plus Ltd
1. Saying they have been rerquested to obtain the debt from me
2. Notice of Intended Litigation
3. Reduced Payment Offer
If i just keep ingnoring are they going to take me to court or send the baliffs in? I am starting to get a bit worried now as these letter are coming really quickly. Do I still keep on ingnoring them and how much longer do I have to put up with the letters?
Thanks
Thanks
The Debt Recovery Plus letters are shown in our top thread, under Park Foce, Park Direct and MET to name but 3 PPCs who use that threatogram chain at the moment. Have a look at the top thread 'PPC letters, what to expect' and see what happens next.
Here's your latest letter, easily found under the MET listing:

Please read the stickies and stop panicking every time you get the next predictable letter. Ignore them all - you may even be lucky enough to get a new one next time but please look at the letter-chains thread first.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

now lets get this straight,,,YOU HAVE NOT RECIEVED A PARKING TICKET,,,you have recieved a parking charge notice = loo paper. not legally backed,, nothing can/will happen, despite EMPTY THREATS to make you pay,, just 100000% IGNORE,,and all junk mail/threat o grams,,they want your money,, they WILL NOT do court as they will lose they kow it, we know it,, and now you know it,,,so relax, chill out,, glass of wine,,come back here as often as you like for reassurance,,also good tip to keep all loo paper sent in a file ,, i do have a house full.0

Central Ticketing Ltd have been in voluntary liquidation since January 2011. If posters continue to receive chasing letters in the name of that company (or on their behalf) I'm sure the liquidator, Mr Brenner, of Trafalgar House, Grenville Place, Mill Hill, London, NW7 3SA would like to hear.My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016).

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0
