Hello...Ive been very bad of late...so am getting back into the meal planning. There is myself, the Oh and 7month old DS (who is unfillable...god help me when he becomes a teen!)
DS gets extras (yogs, fruit,veggies sticks)
anyways...here goes.

B Porridge and Fruit
L Cheese and Pickle Sandwiches and Fruit
D Herby Chicken, with Jacket spud, coleslaw and salad
Tuesday
B Mushrooms on toast (Weetabix for DS) with fruit
L HM Quiche with Mushrooms and Sweetcorn
D Lentil Supper with bread (new recipe)
Wednesday
B Boiled Egg and Soldiers and fruit
L Pea and Ham Soup
D Tomato French beans and crusty bread
Thursday
B Porridge with fruit and Greek Yogurt
L Chicken Sandwich with crudites (cold chicken, pitta and crudites for DS)
D Coley Korma
Friday
B Toast and Jam (Toast and banana for DS)
L Lentil Soup
D Mixed Mushroom Tart with salad and new pots
Saturday
B Baked beans on toast (Weetabix and pureed fruit for DS)
L Out for Lunch
D Mussels with Cider and leeks OR Chorizo Carbonara (Jar of something for DS..norty Mummy!)
Sunday
B Bacon sandwich (scrambled cheesey eggs and toast fingers for DS followed by fruit and fromage frais)
L Pea Soup and bread (with cold chicken for DS)
D Roast thick end of Belly Pork, with roasted root veg, cauliflower, broccoli and sweetcorn
