My meal plan for last week got rejigged twice before being completely abandoned - I must do better this week!

Friday - steak and mushroom lasagne
Saturday - quick bean and chorizo chilli [new recipe] (a bit of a cheat meal as I'm starting my new voluntary job and I'm not sure if I'm going to be knackered by the evening!
)
Sunday to Thursday -
chicken caesar salad
chicken and veg pad thai
falafel (bought ones:o) with pitta bread and salad
lamb and lentil curry with brown rice
veg satay stirfry with noodles
Lunches will be leftovers or salad (this week's plan is quite heavy on the salad, so I hope the weather co-operates!
)
Have a nice week's eating, all.Back after a very long break!0 -
The second week running im posting - and sticking to this now.Im using up stuff out of the house this week - just with additional few veggies brought in. In my house I cook for two adult meat eaters, and one veggie 18 yo son (veggie alternative in brackets) which means we end up having two pans of the same meal on the go at dinnertimes most days!
This weeks starts today for me:-
Saturday= eating out/Anniversary meal.
yummy..... (veggie son will be at home having pasta and spinach)
Sunday - Sweet and sour chicken with rice (quorn chicken for son)
Monday Cheese and spud pie with sausages (veggie sausages)
Tuesday - Baked spud night with maybe a frozen pizza if we have no salad to go on the side (veggie pizza)
Wednesday Fry up - well more like a grill up
sausage, egg, bacon, hash brown beans (veggie sausages, no bacon)
Thursday Spagetti Carbonara (veggie version made with quorn bacon strips)
Friday HM Lasagne and wedges
Sat Macaroni cheese n garlic bread
The days aren't gurantees, but these meals are definately what we will be having all weekThe opposite of what you know...is also true0 -

Mon-Turkish one-pot eggs and peppers with sauteed kale.

Wed-[STRIKE]Minute steaks and something![/STRIKE] Actually, might just do tuna pasta since I have everything in for it and it will provide leftovers for lunch the next day too.
Thurs-Bean chilli with guacamole, cheese, yogurt and rice
Fri-Fish suppers (so there is no washing up/mess since we are leaving early next day to go on hols)
Going to make a buckwheat banana loaf today too to use up the black bananas and give us something for snacks.0
