Thankyou SuziQ. I think we all know when someone reverts to criticising things which really don't matter and being childish,they've lost the argument.

The important thing is is that people now know it's worth phoning CB and Child Tax Credit and you may experience some problems and then again you may not, so at least we're all forewarned.
