Orange are shocking

Can anyone give me any advice i have a blackberry curve with orange i am on my 4th one the last of which i got last week! anyway i have rang for a replacement and have been told that i cannot change for another handset as they havent registered the faulty handsets under the same fault code each time on their system. They say that in order to get a different phone it needs to have the same fault! it does have the same fault the screen goes white and the phone turns itself off but i have told them this to no avail they keep saying someone will call me back and they dont has anyone got any advice that may help me?:mad:

    Sorry to hear about the problems you've had.

    I'd advise to call our Handset Faults Team again and clearly explain that each replacement has had the same fault. Although this may have been logged under slightly different reason codes each time, they should be able to see that each replacement relates to a similar issue.

    If you are not happy with the response you receive, you should then request to escalate your call to a Customer Service Team Leader. If they are unable to resolve this to your satisfaction, you should ask to speak to a Customer Service Manager. This is our Complaints Escalation Procedure.
