    No not quite.
    There was a lot of effin' and blinding, jumping up and down etc, etc
    The phone couldnt be saved, its helping to hold up a motorway bridge somewhere
    make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
    and we will never, ever return.

    Just a quick update....

    I used a hair dryer several times and then put the phone in the airing cupboard for a couple of days, rebooted the phone and....it's working! I can't believe it!
