Beat me to the post lol,

It was only a matter of time before this happened,

Whats funny is its an old skool virus, !!!!!! pics popups lol.

Time for Macboys to take off the Apple tinted glasses and see that a Mac is as insecure as any PC without security installed. Time for the Macboys to become men I think.

    Reply from a Macboy .

i have never taken my mac to be immune from malware , and take sensible precautions of Anti virus ect .

but come on ...one piece of Malware does not even come close to what PC users are assaulted with everyday .
Better in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:

True but it highlights the fact alot of Macboys are obviously not protecting themselves for the cyber criminals to bother with them.

I'm well aware that my Mac is not immune but a few bits of malware aren't going to make me run out and buy Antivirus software. For me the disadvantages of antivirus still outweigh the risk as things stand. If the situation changes I might think about getting something then.

Currently most apple users idea of security is this:

    head-in-sand.jpg

Head in the sand approach doesn't work for long.
