urgent HELP...late e2save cahsback

I have just moved houses recently and I have lost my cash back vouchers so I rang e2save.com and found out that I had to send in my cashback in spetember but its over the 30 days limit and i have lost my right.

This means I loose 110 pounds

Can someone PLEASE help me!!!!

    It's December 8th, if you'd missed by a few days maybe they'd have been sympathetic, missing by over 2 months is nearly another cashback period, they'd be taken to the cleaners if they allowed that much leeway for everyone
