Don't cancel the DD just yet. You can always try and claim the DD premiums back under the Direct Debit guarantee.;)

    On what grounds?

If anyone has a screen grab of the original offer that'd be really useful!!

I have a complete copy of the original page (mht) showing all the published terms. Guess I could put it on hotfile or take grabs, whatever, if necessary.

My claim with Quidco was raised mid-May but as usual they seem to have done next to nothing during all this time. Now can't see any obvious way to follow it up other than raising another ticket. Pretty poor really!

    For those interested

    Hi there,

I'm sorry we didn't pick up on this thread. We have been working on this and you're right - we should have kept you updated.

I've been advised by our Head of Customer care, Dominic Butterell, that he has received the majority of the resolutions from Tesco this afternoon. The rest will be with him by next week and we will then update all claims and advise you all individually via those claims.

Sincere apologies again. I know how concerned you all are about this.

    Kind regards,

    Jules

I read it as they will change the status once they've received all the updates from Tesco (ie next week)
The rest will be with him by next week and we will then update all claims
