Freeview updated and now cannot get signal for some channels

Got a message when switched TV on this morning saying I need to re-setup the freeview box to update channels. Did this but now several channels like CBeebies, BBC1 and 2 Scotland and some others are saying "No Signal". The Freeview box is a Ferguson.
Anyone else found this and what should I do?

Its possible that the multiplex frequencies have changed meaning you need a new aerial, or your freeview box is very old and can't handle the new services.
Is your area in the process of switching over atm, its a two stage process and you may get your channels back on the second retune. That gum you like is coming back in style.0 -
I have no idea. The box is about a year and a half old.0

Box shouldn't be an issue...try looking for your local transmitter on these pages to see what the current situation is.
