hello mandz, will be lovely for you to be an aunty again, I love it!

Well I didnt get chance to send off my ebay stuff today will do it tomorrow morning, cant say im looking forward to going to this festival, think i will be just really tired and feel really fat, OH is super excited about it, ho hum Portaloos here we come, :( yuk!

Thanks for all the lovely wishes on passing my exams guys, really appreciate it!

Budget, well at the moment i am still on target!! Has been a bit difficult, have told OH about giving him the £250 for the holiday spending money and he was pleased, has left me rather short though, have got about £32 spends left, although we go to venice next wednesday. a hefty amount of that money is going on postage for my ebay stuff so thats probably about £12, which leaves me with £20, ooh actually I think I might have £2 in my purse, so thats £22.

I said I would meet a friend in the city for coffee, we can go to the cheap place I think a cup of tea was £1.30, I also need to buy myself a new bikini!! Because I really dont fit into my others, not that im intending on anyone actually really seeing me in it, just OH on the terrace but still, the falling out effect is not the one I am after!! So will go to primark and see if I can get one or maybe two, hoping that tea and bikinis dont cost me any more than £12, I still have £10 left over which should do for coffees at the airport for when we go on holiday Hopefully that is doable!

Am liking this budget thing though! Also have made £200 after fees and postage on ebay, not bad really for stuff that was just sitting around, going to do lots more when we get back from holiday, could really do with topping up my moneys, my sister has asked me to go camping with her the week of the 22nd, well not camping, staying in a caravan, although she is paying, I will still have to fork out for petrol and food and days out etc, am going to budget £100, which fortunately I have budgeted for for when I get paid. Think the interest on my loan and credit card is going to be more than I thought so any extra moneys from ebay I think I might chuck at that to make sure I stay on target!

So theres my update, OH is still playing on the PS3 but I'm upstairs so can type away to my hearts content!

Speak soon my lovelies, if I dont get chance to post, have a lovely weekend, and I'll speak to you next week before I go to Venice.

Thanks again for reading, all of your lovely comments really do keep me going.

    Much love

    Morning Missy :)

your doing really well with the ebay and so glad you're getting the nursery sorted!

Sounds like you've got a busy month ahead sounds fun, just take it easy and rest when you can :)

I'm tired again, was awake at 4 finally got up at 5, dozed back off about 7 til 8 on settee, i'm more comfy on settee than in bed :(

well i'm still waiting for my coffee table, I have been assured it will be here before 12 today if it isnt I will hit the roof!

OH is getting moses basket out of the loft tonight so I can wash the cover, need to buy a mattress for it over the weekend and I ordered some bedding from matalan last night :) i'm slowly but surely getting organised. I have had to order a new washing machine its being delivered tomorrow :) (never thought i'd be so excited about a new washing machine! lol) the old one is so so so loud the whole house shakes, plus its started leaving marks on clothes so it had to go!

have a good day all :)

    xx

    Hello Missy,

We did most of the tourist attractions, St Marks Basillica, San Marco square (extremely busy but we were there over Easter bank holiday), Doge's Palace, Gondola ride (V expensive, but your in Venice so you have to do it!!), Oh and of course all the bridges!! There is a lot of walking involved, as gondolas & water taxis are the only means of transport. Try and explore some of the less touristy areas, the food is often better quality and a more reasonable price!!

Oooh your going to have such a fab time, i'm a little bit jealous ;). I'm going to Prague in December, so have to wait a few months until my next adventure!!

Hope you have a fab time, and try not to over do it!!

    x x

Oh, don't forget to enjoy a cornetto whilst being serenaded on a gondola!!! :rotfl:

Hi ya bella, I hope your table has arrived and that your new washing machine has been delivered, sadly I too would be super excited about having a new washing machine!!

Thanks for the venice advice nejlloyd hun, we're actually staying in St Marks square so im expecting it to be busy! Oooh could just eat a cornetto!

Well I am back and i am happy to say I survived my first festival!! Was a bit touch and go and some points but on the whole I came back unscathed The portaloos were erm.... interesting, definitely not something I want to experience ever again! And the music was again rather interesting as were the people, all a bit strange, good fun though, am glad we were in the camper too as in the tent it would have been so noisey with people playing their techno and drum and base until 2am!! Have come home and had the longest hottest shower as there werent any there, feel much more human!

Just been out to dinner with the inlaws which was nice and have been looking at what we still need for the baby, in desperate need of a moses basket stand, but allthe ones on ebay seem to be rather expensive, I have the moses basket all I need is the stand!!

Well am in bed now, really hope I will actually be able to get some sleep, think I've had too much coke though, anyways speak to you all tomorrow,

    nights x

    Morning missy,

Well done on surviing your festival! You're braver than me! I'm at the point of pregnancy where toilet visits seem to be constant so the though of having to use portaloos would terrify me!

As for moses basket stands, I have two!! But I don't think you're anywhere near me. :o Sorry! One was given to me and one was found at a car boot for about a fiver I think. I don't need two but figure I might have one upstairs and one down so don't need to keep dragging them round the house.

Anyway, happy Monday, have a good week! xx
Wandered away from the MSE track for a while but am back and on a mission! Debts cleared nearly £18k. Now to start saving ...
