Best Online Banking need help!

1st post so please bear with me. After having been ripped off by LTSB bank charges I have decided to reclaim them. I notice step 1 is to open a new bank account. Heres where I need your help. I need good efficient online banking and a bank with an easy switching process should I need to do this if LTSB decide to close my accounts. I am not too bothered about interest rates as I am always overdrawn (£1000 overdraft my account and £600 on joint account with hubby). Also if anyone has any experience with LTSB trying to close their accounts/loans following instigation of reclaiming bank charges I would be interested in hearing from you. Many Thanks!
