Is it right that my email from the order states the full price plus full postage costs? not the pricematched price? I ordered over the telephone and she confirmed price matcha nd voucher

Yes that's right. Email states full price before price match.

It's one voucher per item over £20. If the competitor does free delivery mothercare will match it or you can have mothercare deliver it to a local store for free.
Or finally, blag free delivery like i did with the toysrus toy.

Oh dear, looks like i will be taking all my trunki's back to mothercare for a refund as they don't fit into Ryanair hand luggage cages!!!
Still, if i get to keep the vouchers...

I dont think you should be so public about how dishonest you are

    Oh please!
'ASKING' for free delivery is hardly dishonest.
Or, if you are relating to the free vouchers in my other post, i never actually said i 'WILL' keep the vouchers.
I was merely stating it would be dishonest if mothercare didn't ask for them back.
  • yes my email had full price stated however if you see the recent orders on the mothercare website , it stated the discounted price.

Thats the bit I was referring to - of course you wont be "getting to keep the vouchers" will you because you are not being dishonest?

Do what you have to do but you have dirtied your own post with your own suggestions.

I hope no-one minds but I've added various deals onto the first post in the following thread to keep them all in one place:

Just to be aware I never received my voucher and I had to ring up and they then sent it to me! Just keep your eye out, wouldn't want anyone to miss out!!
