I am confused, I thought the difference in price had to be £20 not just that the cost was £20?0

Yeah that's the same problem as some mothercare staff (luckily for us).
Nowhere in the t&c's does it state a 'difference of £20'.
It's only when the competitors price is 'above' £20 that you should get the voucher.0 -
Best way to find these deals is to pick something from Mothercare website over £20 and look for it in google shopping.
You can choose the option to look for new items only and set the minimum search price as £20.
Just make sure you click on the result to verify the price on the competitors website as some google results are out of date - funnily enough mothercare are dearer than some of their results in google shopping suggest!!!0 -

£31.99 mothercare
Must be in stock on competitor website as well. Lots of T&Cs to adhere to aren't there!! Also, looks like Asda have put their price up as it's showing now at £25 but net price would be £15 which is not to be sniffed at.

Nope, not a mod. Why do you ask?
Wonder if Asda know that they charge two different prices for the same item? Might be an idea to add links to the deals just in case.0 -

Just to add, if you were preparing a similar thread of your own earlier today, please could you share some of those price matches with us that you found.
Many thanks, all deals welcome.0 -
I read today that mothercare are to close more than a quarter of uk stores, so there may be some real bargains to be had in the not too distant future.0

I couldn't possibly encroach. Seems I have been somewhat lacking in my preparation so I deleted my thread to allow your one to run, that way I don't have to go over all the deals I found earlier to double check their veracity.0 -

Not everyone can add links.0
